Posted by OTIS on January 17, 2000 okay, again, it's late and I'm REALLY not in the mood for my detached yet personal review so I'll just run down the highlights... *Chiefcrowe and I are inside an hour before everyone else and actually have a conversation with Marc when no one else is around. I have the nerve to ask him why Eddie didn't play and he said, "Rich Robinson wouldn't let him," and then he walked off. I felt bad and asked Chief if I had crossed the line but he said no...then he came back and I apologized if it was a sore spot but he said, "No, it's sad but it's true" so fromt the horse's mouth, there it is...he said that he is planning a solo project that will be released via the internet soon, already has some demos and stuff Here's teh setlist: Instellar Overdrive Wish You Were Here In the Flesh Sheep ***then Robbie Krieger is announced and they play Back Door Man!!! with Robbie singing...I'm front row center for this by the way and then they get him to stay on for Money...Marc and Robbie had fun soloing together and I had the thought that I bet Robbie has never played Pink Floyd before.... set break Young Lust Shine On (1-3) out of order from setlist, they changed the order and even added a song Have a Cigar Drum Solo, with bass player staying on for Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun more drum solo Fearless (not on setlist) Us and Them *** and then Marc starts strumming the chords to Any Colour You Like and a furry headed dude I recognize comes on stage and it's Craig Ross from Lenny Kravitz's band. They rocked like mad for five minutes, that kid took us somewhere and then fnished with Another Brick in the Wall amazing show, it was looser for the most part but they were together in some of the intensity. There were parts they built on more, and brough it down better to let it build up again...this is a jam band but they know what they're doing...... adios ya'll, still looking for a job peace OTIS
